γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) is a cyclic oligosaccharide composed of 8
glucose units connected by α-1,4-glycosidic bonds. Its cavity
diameter is larger than that of α-CD and β-CD and can include
larger molecules. Therefore, it has unique application value in the
